With a smile unable to forego their faces, the newlyweds are seen walking down the aisle hand-in-hand, while their guests clap in delight.

Another breathtaking snap of the pair show them pose for the camera on the property of stunning location, complete with a stunning backdrop of shrubbery.

‘David and I are so excited to share some of our wedding details with @voguemagazine @vogueweddings #linkinbio @paulwhitephoto)’ the athlete captioned the glorious snaps.

The happy couple tied the knot over the weekend at Castiglion del Bosco in the scenic province of Siena in Tuscany, where the bride’s close friend Serena Williams served as a bridesmaid.

In social media snaps taken during the celebration, Caroline and David looked every inch the blissful newlyweds as they toast their union with guests, including tennis pros Aga Radwanska and Angelique Kerber, Serena’s husband Alexis Ohanian, and NBA players Pau Gasol and Harrison Barnes.

Princess: Posting about the wedding on Instagram, the team from Oscar de la Renta wrote that Caroline ‘floated’ down the 262-foot aisle at the ceremony

The couple appeared to have treated their 120 guests to an entire weekend of festivities, with Instagram Stories showing their nearest and dearest enjoying several dinners together during the course of the three-day celebration.

While the bride put on quite the fashionable display throughout the weekend, the show-stopper was, of course, her wedding dress, which was made especially for her at the team at Oscar de la Renta and featured a beautiful cathedral-length veil and Lyon lace embroidery.

According to the brand’s co-creative directors Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, Caroline came in with a ‘very clear’ idea of what she wanted her dress to look like, and the designer duo told Vogue that the tennis pro landed on her chosen design fairly quickly.

Three’s company! Caroline looked beautiful in her gorgeous wedding gown in the first snaps from her weekend wedding

‘She was very clear that she wanted something lace-oriented with structure,’ the creative experts revealed. ‘She ultimately came in the first time with two friends and was FaceTiming with her mom.

‘She tried [our selected dresses] on — slim-fitted silhouettes, ballgowns, lots of different types. She tried a couple of lace looks, and we landed on this quite quickly.’

The tennis pro then finished off the ensemble with a pair of custom Jimmy Choo heels, and according to a post shared on the Oscar de la Renta Instagram account, proceeded to ‘float’ down the impressive 262-foot aisle at the ceremony.

‘An ethereal gown embellished with cascading florals is the most remarkable way to float down a 262-foot long aisle,’ the post – which featured a behind-the-scenes video of the design process – detailed.

After the wedding took place, Caroline took some time to toast her nuptials alongside her guests, before the group enjoyed a candlelit dinner outside – and then went on to live it up at a dynamic disco.

And the Italian celebration hasn’t stopped in Siena; while many of Caroline’s guests appear to have seized the opportunity to enjoy take in some tourist hot spots before returning home, Caroline and David have sailed away on a ‘mini moon’ to Portofino.

Posting on her Instagram account, newlywed Caroline shared several images of herself posing in a stunning white-and-blue ensemble on the deck of a boat, as well as a picture of herself and David enjoy a kiss over a cake and a bottle of champagne.

The choice to sail away on a romantic adventure is incredibly fitting; David actually proposed after whisking Caroline off on a sunset cruise during a vacation to Bora Bora in November 2017 – 18 months before they tied the knot.
