'Judge Jerry!' Springer Takes On New TV Project After Daytime Show Cancellation
Four months after he wrapped up his infamous daytime show, Jerry Springer has announced he is returning to TV — with a brand-new gig.
The 74-year-old host has been cooking up an exciting project with the help of NBCUniversal ever since his The Jerry Springer Show ratings began to plummet. And now, it’s been revealed he will run his own judge show, appropriately titled Judge Jerry. In it, Springer — who is a trained lawyer and former mayor of Cincinnati — will act as the judge for select small-claims cases.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Springer’s longtime show was halted this July after 27 seasons on air, due to the host’s controversial topics and declining rankings.
However, Springer is clearly moving on, as he spilled the happy news of his upcoming show during a talk with Access Hollywood Live just this week!
