Strictly’s Oti Mabuse oozes sex appeal in specs range — ‘Kids used to call me "four eyes"’
With millions of Brits tuning in to watch each weekend, the dance competition is just as popular as ever.
One of Strictly’s biggest stars, Oti Mabuse, could also be seen on screen this year as a host on BBC’s The Greatest Dancer.
A recent photo shoot proved that she’s glamorous with or without her dancing shoes, as she posed in a range of sultry specs.
Showing off her versatile sense of style, the South African beauty reworked her look for each pair of glasses.
In some, she wore her hair down and tousled into waves, framing her heart-shaped face.
Brown lipstick, luscious lashes and smokey eyeliner were added by way of makeup.
In other shots, the 28-year-old wore her hair in a chic bob hairstyle, curling sweetly under her chin.
Her lips were lined with peachy pink gloss and her skin glowed with golden contouring.
Oozing sex appeal in each pair of frames, it’s hard to believe that the dancer was bullied for wearing glasses as a child.
Oti, who swaps her specs for contact lenses when she hits the dancefloor, revealed: “Kids used to call me ‘four eyes’ but I always say four eyes are better than two.”
She continued: “I believe people should be proud to wear glasses. Embrace them, they are part of who you are and you are fabulous!”
Now, she has teamed up with Specsavers to kick off the search for the Spectacle Wearer of the Year 2019.
The dance competition has been more talked about than ever this year with the news that the Strictly Curse has struck again — for the fifteenth time.
This time its victim was contestant Stacey Dooley, who split with her long term boyfriend Sam Tucknott just weeks into the show.
Over the last few days, it has been alleged that the 32-year-old is caught up in a fling with her dance partner Kevin Clifton.
