Teen Mom alum Farrah Abraham on Amber Portwood and Jenelle Evans
Farrah Abraham BLASTS former Teen Mom co-stars as she says Amber Portwood is ‘bad in relationships’ and Jenelle Evans ‘chose a bad relationship over her kids’
Farrah Abraham held nothing back when she was asked about her Teen Mom co-stars Amber Portwood and Jenelle Evans amid their respective family crises.
The 28-year-old reality star was with her daughter Sophia, 10, as she spoke with TMZ in Los Angeles in the wake of Portwood’s domestic assault arrest earlier this month, as she’s accused of attacking her boyfriend Andrew Glennon with a machete knife, and a shoe, as he held their one-year-old son James.
The Teen Mom OG alum, a native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, said she’s long anticipated more problems for Portwood, who has in the past dealt with incarceration and drug addiction.
Outspoken: Farrah Abraham, 28, held nothing back when she was asked about her Teen Mom co-stars Amber Portwood, 29, and Jenelle Evans, 27, amid their respective family crises. She was snapped in LA last month
‘Well I’m not trying to be mean, but I pretty much saw it coming cause Amber doesn’t have custody of Leah,’ referring to the pair’s 2016 custody agreement in which her ex Gary Shirley obtained primary custody of their child.
Farrah said that while Amber tried her best at her ‘new opportunity’ at parenthood with James, she will now likely face the legal consequences, as she remains under a restraining order not to approach her boyfriend or their child following the July 5 meltdown.
‘She’s probably lost custody of her new child and she’s just not good in relationships,’ said Farrah.
Farrah, who’s also been seen on shows such Ex on the Beach, Celebrity Big Brother and Couples Therapy, noted that ‘still being on Teen Mom hasn’t made [Amber] tougher and learn her lesson.’

Unflinching: Farrah said of Jenelle, pictured with husband David Eason in 2017: ‘A woman of value would not stay with a man who’s like that’
Farrah was skeptical that Amber could redeem herself by seeking treatment for issues behind her problems.
‘Amber has always sought help – how much help do you need?’ she said, advising her former co-star to eliminate things from her life that anger her.
She didn’t mince her words toward Jenelle, who recently regained custody of her children after her husband David Eason allegedly shot their family dog Nugget three months ago, claiming the canine had behaved aggressively toward their two-year-old daughter Ensley.
‘I really feel that Jenelle has chose bad relationships – like, she shouldn’t stand with a man who shoots the dog for no reason,’ she said, referring to Eason. ‘A woman of value would not stay with a man who’s like that.’
She nodded toward her daughter and said, ‘I’m teaching my daughter better and we’re living our lives better.’
