John Gosden's unbeaten colt Too Darn Hot heads the field for Saturday's Dewhurst Stakes

John Gosden's colt has looked a potential superstar this season and was last seen winning the Champagne Stakes at Doncaster in impressive style.

Just days after his full brother sold for a whopping 3.5million guineas at Tattersalls horse sales, Too Darn Hot will look live up to lofty expectations once again on his Group 1 debut.

The Dewhurst promises to be a fascinating contest with Irish maestro Aidan O'Brien sending the 1-2-3 from the Futurity Stakes over.

His team is headed by the winner Anthony Van Dyck who lost nothing in defeat when finishing behind Quorto in the National Stakes last time.

Christmas was second in the Futurity and went on to be third in the National Stakes, but a fair way behind the front pair.
