in coming weeks, as sources reveal that the duo are comfortable with their connection &#8216;leading into something more&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;<span>Tom and Irina are hanging out again but aren&#8217;t in a full-blown relationship,&#8217; the insider said. &#8216;They are attracted to each other and love hanging out but are playing the game of hanging out with each other when it is convenient for them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8216;They keep talking and are comfortable with each other to where it&#8217;s going to lead into something more permanent if they allow it.&#8217;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The insider said that the pair know they are fighting the inevitable, and continued: &#8216;It has all the elements where they are fighting a sure thing, someone just has to make the move to make it official but no one wants to be first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8216;<\/span>When you are in a good relationship and you&#8217;re getting to the love stage and you&#8217;re thinking when to say, &#8220;I love you,&#8221; pictured in November<\/p>\n<p>Tom could be seen picking up the Russian-born supermodel, 37, in his vehicle at a gas station in photos obtained by TMZ.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The stars first sparked talk of a romance back in July after attending billionaire art heir Joe Nahmad&#8217;s wedding with model Madison Headrick in Sardinia, Italy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The two proceeded to spend quality time together in cities including L.A. and NYC.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>By October, the relationship had paused owing to Tom not having &#8216;time for love.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;If Tom had more time for love, he would be all about it and would likely still be dating Irina.
