Blac Chyna gives an update about her views on COVID-19 at LAX

‘A lot of people are just scared of the vaccine’: Blac Chyna stands by her pro-jab stance and is ‘not sure’ what to do about the unvaccinated following emergence of COVID-19 super strain Omicron

Blac Chyna is standing by her passionate pro-vaccine stance amid growing fears around the newly detected coronavirus supers-strain Omicron.

Speaking to TMZ on Saturday, the 33-year-old rapper opened up about her reasoning for getting vaccinated and hopes that the virus’ latest mutation will motivate others to do the same.

‘I’m hoping, you know what I mean? Because for me, it was scary. It’s like, the people that was close to me actually dying from it, so, that’s what made me even want to do it even more,’ she told the outlet upon arrival LAX airport in Los Angeles.

Losing loved ones to the virus was ‘super sad’ for the musician and she finds it ‘unfortunate’ that those who haven’t experienced the affects of the virus firsthand may not fully understand its severity.

‘I feel like a lot of times people think that things isn’t real because it doesn’t touch them in their circle and it’s unfortunate because you don’t never want that to happen,’ she explained.

When asked by the outlet what should be done about those who choose to remain unvaccinated, Blac Chyna admitted that she’s ‘not sure’ and that she thinks the decision is fear-based.

‘I feel like a lot of people are just scared of the vaccine because they’re not sure. I feel like a lot of people just need to do their research and figure it out.’

The performer said she is ‘super’ passionate about educating people on the COVID-19 vaccine.

Chyna also spoke about the new Omicron strain and urged people to take ‘precautions’ at this time.

‘It could be anywhere…just take safety precautions then, that’s all I can really say.’

She was later asked if she believes in mask mandates, which she appeared to support.

‘Yeah. I don’t know, man, this is just sad. You know I already spoke about it and I already told everybody, ‘Listen, you gotta go get the vaccine.”

When she was asked if she’s received a booster shot yet, she responded: ‘No, I haven’t. I’m actually going to go look into that.’

The socialite concluded the interview by imploring her followers to educate themselves about the long-term effects of the coronavirus.

Scary: ‘I’m hoping, you know what I mean? Because for me, it was scary. It’s like, the people that was close to me actually dying from it, so, that’s what made me even want to do it even more,’ she told the outlet upon arrival LAX airport in Los Angeles; pictured in 2019

Chyna wants her fans to ‘do your research. I’m not going to sit right here and tell people like things they don’t want to do, but just think about the world and how everything is being shut down.’

Blac Chyna was previously seen yelling about vaccinations in a terminal at Miami International Airport.

The performer as seen in a clip posted on TMZ, had focused her attention toward another person at the travel hub, with an onlooker telling the outlet that Chyna’s screaming was prompted by ‘a woman with a baby who asked for a photo’.

‘Go get f****** vaccinated, stop being stupid h**,’ the star was heard saying in the explosive exchange, which was filmed from afar by another traveler.

The Washington D.C. native, whose real name is Angela Renée White, was flanked by bodyguards at the airport.

Clearly finding the exchange awkward, other onlookers could be seen glancing back at the media personality, who shares her four-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian and son King, 8, with rapper Tyga.

Chyna had her hair dyed blue and wore a colorful coat with sunglasses in the airport exchange.

Police told TMZ that no calls were made in connection with the incident.

The star was seen in an Instagram livestream earlier this year receiving a vaccination shot from a health professional.

Elsewhere, Blac Chyna last month appeared on the podcast Behind The Velvet Rope with David Yontef, where she spoke on people’s misconceptions about her.

She said that the most prevalent ones was that she’s motivated by money and doesn’t work hard.

‘Like everything that I have, like, I work super hard for,’ she said. ‘Neither one of my children’s fathers on child support, you know what I mean?

‘Like I get out and I like grind every day and that, um, that’s that’s really it. Or maybe that I am mean. I am not even mean though. It’s people that mess with me.’

She also dished her opinions on ex Rob’s family, giving her thoughts on Kim Kardashian, 40, and Kanye West’s, 44, recent split as well as Khloe, 37, and Tristan Thompson’s, 30, ongoing relationship drama.

Kim and Kanye famously tied the knot on May 24, 2014 in Italy. She filed for divorce in February but has remained fiercely supportive of the rapper.

Dishing her opinion on their recent split, Blac Chyna said: ‘I feel like, you know, some people grow apart, you know what I mean? Some people stay together.

‘As long as they do what’s right for the kids, that’s all that matters. And just keep the babies first and just be respectful on both ends then they should, they should be fine.

‘I don’t feel like anybody should be in a place where… as though they’re not happy. I feel like everybody deserves to be happy. And that’s just that.

‘And in anything in between that they do share, like, you know, like kids are businesses and things like that, let that be the main focus. That’s what I feel about that…

‘And co-parent and just live and just be happy. Be happy. Listen Just be happy and be at peace. That is everything.’

Blac Chyna also spoke about Khloe, who has been cheated on by on/off boyfriend Tristan Thompson numerous times, and most recently temporarily split from him in June 2021.

The model said of the numerous cheating scandals: ‘Stuff like that, it happens so often, it’s like just in regular life.

‘This stuff is just front street. You know what I mean? And some people mess up, some people don’t, it’s just whatever, whatever it is.

‘If at the end of the day somebody make a mistake, but at the very end of the day, if he makes you happy, then do that, sweetheart. You get what I’m saying? That would be my advice, but that’s it. And then it is what it is. You know what I mean?

‘I know a lot of girls that’s gotten cheated on is still with the dudes. So it’s like, I don’t know. Yea. Whatever makes her happy. Them happy. I don’t know…. Have a blast.’
