Wild comes from John’s seventh studio album Big Love which was released in June this year, getting favourable reviews from critics.

Chrissy played John’s love interest in his 2006 music video for Stereo, which is where they first met.

She later revealed that when the shoot was over, they went back to his hotel room, ate In-N-Out burgers and ‘hooked up.’

‘We did the music video, we were together for like 12 hours,’ Chrissy told Wendy Williams in 2014.

Exciting! Taking to Instagram in the early hours of Thursday morning, Chrissy shared a stunning collection of video stills as she teased the video

‘We spent the entire day together, me in my underwear and him in a full suit, and I went to go say goodbye to him, to his hotel and we didn’t ever say goodbye that night.’

John recently admitted that he has been with Chissy since the day he fell for her on the video shoot.

The couple, who are parents to children Luna, four, and Miles, two, exchanged vows in a romantic wedding ceremony on the banks of Lake Como six years after their first meeting.

Way back when: It’s somewhat of a full circle moment for the married couple, who first met on the set of John’s 2006 music video for his song Stereo, where Chrissy played the musician’s love interest (pictured)

And speaking to Jessie and Lennie Ware’s Table Manners podcast, the singer, 41, said it was love at first sight after mutual friend Nabil cast her to appear in a promotional video for album track Stereo.

He recalled: ‘It wasn’t a single but he just liked the song and wanted to make a video on spec which meant he was going to pay for it but he wanted to use it as his calling card as a video director, saying “Hey, I can do this look what I did with John Legend.”

‘So he said “I’d love to make this video on spec for this song I really like and erm, I have this girl that I know and I’ve worked with before that I think you would really like and I want to cast her in the video.”

‘And he showed me pictures of her and he was like I think you will like her too. So he cast her and we hit it off that day and we’ve basically been together ever since.’

He added: ‘We were living on separate coasts at the time, she was living in Los Angeles and I was in New York and eventually we started living together on both coasts and fell in love and you know the rest is history,’ he explained.

‘The cool part about that is that Nabil is still both of our friends and he shot the video for All Of Me seven years after we met and we got married seven years after we met at Lake Como and he shot the video there. It’s a full circle moment.’
