Ferne McCann has revealed that she used to be self-concious about her bum and her legs, especially while she was on TOWIE and would compare herself to the other girls on the show.

The mum-of-one, who previously said therapy was the best thing she's ever spent her money on, exclusively told OK! Online how she overcame her confidence struggles and used her insecurities as motivation to work on herself.

The 30 year old recently showed off her results after deciding to work on training her posterior and improving her confidence for the parts of her body she was insecure about.

She told OK!: "It was actually an insecurity of mine, I used to always be so self-concious of my bum and my legs, especially on my TOWIE days.

"But when I started getting into exercise and learning more, I just decided to focus on the areas I felt insecure about and gave them more attention.

"I started doing booty exercises and I used the insecurity as motivation as motivation and an incentive to work on," she explained.

As well as feeling better about herself, Ferne is also helping others with her new Get Your Groove Back plan which is part of her Embodyment fitness programme.

The plan includes a variety of different exercises including meditation, dance workouts, pelvic floor exercises and a heels programme.

When asked about if there was a time when she got her groove back, the First Time Mum star expressed that after the first lockdown put her life on hold, she decided to take the time to work on herself.

"The first lockdown, my whole pace of life slowed down. I think everyone had there ups and downs, and struggles, and for me I just had so much time and I had so many thoughts running through my head.

"So I was like, 'Right okay, I really want to commit to looking after myself,' so I did meditation, exercise, workouts and I got into cooking and lots of different things," she shared.
