Gisele Bundchen has shed light on her co-parenting arrangement with Bridget Moynahan, Tom Brady’s ex and the actress he shares 15-year-old son Jack with.
During an interview with Vanity Fair, Bundchen, 42, admitted her relationship with Moynahan, 51, has not always been easy.
It took more than a year after Jack’s birth for the two women to eventually meet, but their difficult start now seems like water under the bridge.
Now the women have a ‘great relationship’ and Bundchen considers Moynahan her co-parenting ‘team player’.
Asked if they always had a good relationship, Bundchen blurted out, ‘No!’

But in time, the women were able to hang out at a park with Brady in New York and even shared a hug in Boston.
‘Love conquers all,’ she said, referring to her relationship with Jack and Moynahan. ‘My life became so much richer because I got to learn so much from that.’ She added, ‘Nothing is worth fighting [over].’
The years Bundchen spent working with Moynahan have helped guide how she will co-parent with Brady post-divorce.
‘I say to Bridget—you know, I have a great relationship with her..’ Bundchen says before adding, ‘Everything in life comes with work. You have to go through the roller coaster. You have moments where you get to the sticky points and you’ve gotta overcome it.’
When it comes to Moynahan, Bundchen said ‘my goal was always, how can I be the most helpful? How can I make it the easiest I possibly can?’
‘I put myself in her shoes and I was like, “How can I support her?” Because in the end of the day, we are team players in “How are we going to do this so [Jack] can have the best life?”‘
Bundchen described her relationship with ex-husband Brady in a similar manner: ‘We’re not playing against each other.’
‘We are a team,’ she adds, ‘and that’s beautiful. I look back and I have no regrets. I loved every bit of it.’
‘Challenging situation’: During an interview with Vanity Fair, Bundchen, 42, admitted she initially didn’t get along with Bridget Moynahan, after learning of her pregnancy early into her romance with Brady

Bundchen learned early into her relationship with Brady that he was expecting a child with Moynahan, but remained with him.
While she referred to that period as ‘a challenging situation for all of us’, she now considers Jack her ‘bonus child’ and is over the moon for her stepson.
‘I love him so much,’ she tells VF.
Jack was born in 2007, and his birth ‘awakened’ Gisele’s desire to start a family of her own.
‘Jack came into our lives and I felt so blessed and it kind of awakened in me this desire of being a mom,’ she told VF.
‘I’ve always dreamed of being a mom, but I think that happened a little faster than I thought, because now I have this beautiful little angel that I get to care for and love.’
Brady and Bundchen eventually wed in 2009 and welcomed son Benjamin, 13, and daughter Vivian, 10, into their lives.
Their divorce was finalized on October 28 last year, and they called time on their marriage with a public announcement shared on social media.
The NFL star wrote: ‘In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together.’
