Jaime King dressed casually in a t-shirt and jeans while out and about in Beverly Hills.
The 43-year-old actress puffed on a cigarette and went makeup-free while running an errand by herself on Father’s Day.
It comes as the star endures a custody battle with her ex-husband Kyle Newman.

The mother-of-two’s short, two-toned blonde and brunette hair was styled in a deep side part.
One side of the glossy locks were tucked behind her ear and the other was neatly combed to the side.
The entertainer was clad in a faded, vintage The Stone Roses t-shirt that she partially tucked into her denim.
On her bottom half she sported a charcoal-colored pair of straight-leg jeans with blue and white socks and white sneakers with a red detail.

The loose-fitting ensemble hung off the Out of Death star’s slender frame as she made her way to her car.
The bright Southern California sun shined on her bare visage as she skipped sunglasses and other accessories.
King is currently fighting for custody of her sons Leo Thames Newman and James Knight Newman, six and eight.

According to court docs in the case, earlier this month Newman put in paperwork for an emergency Ex Parte application in an effort to have their custody arrangement altered for him to receive ‘sole legal and physical custody.’
King also put in her an emergency Ex Parte application, which said that her attorney was dealing with a ‘serious family matter’ on the day a hearing in the case was scheduled.
Newman’s initial application was denied but is set to be presented to the court during a June 24 hearing.
King, who’s worked on shows such as Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Hart of Dixie and Black Summer, is required to submit to the court a Responsive Declaration by June 20, according to People.

‘I have been the children’s primary caretaker since their birth and the children have spent the large majority of 2020 in my sole custody,’ Newman said in court docs.
The filing came six months after King filed to divorce the director after a twelve-year marriage, requesting a temporary restraining order and domestic violence prevention petition, according to court docs.
King told the court that Newman had been keeping their sons away from her, and subsequently denied accusations that her behavior put their children in danger.

In April the actress was ordered to provide Newman with child and spousal support in the amount of $429 monthly, as well as 16 percent of any money she made more than $175,344 annually, according to court docs People reviewed.
King was also ordered by the court to provide Newman with $1,000 monthly in spousal support as well as 10 percent of money she made above $175,344 in quarterly installments, per court docs.
Additionally, the court stipulated that King and Newman ‘meet and confer’ on an annual basis each January 15 to ‘adjust any overpayments or underpayments’ from the year before.
