Kourtney Kardashian, 41, shares the top five diet tips for maintaining her amazing figure: ‘Make breakfast the star meal’

Earlier this week she was ‘glamping’ with her ex Scott Disick, 37, and their three kids Mason, 10, Reign, 8, and Penelope, 5, in Idaho.

But on Tuesday, Kourtney Kardashian was back to all things lifestyle as she teased a new health and wellness article on her website, Poosh via their Instagram feed. 

In the new blog post, 5 Helpful Habits to Stay Consistent with your Diet, Kourtney profiles nutrition and lifestyle coach, Neeyaz, of Unspoken Nutrition who shares tips on sticking to a diet.

In the post’s accompanying image, the 41-year-old mother of three shows off her tiny frame as she straddles a bike during a minute of rest while on a scenic ride in Colorado.

She looks effortlessly sporty in a matching black biker short and sport bra set, which she layers under a pair of silky blue Adidas shorts. A Poosh hat and grey new balance sneakers complete the look.

HER TOP FIVE TIPS 

Tip #1: Set realistic expectations. Think about health goals and how feasible it is to maintain them.

Tip #2: Form small habits. To create consistency take baby steps until you can build up to your full goal. 

Tip #3:  Make breakfast the star meal. Start the day on the right foot with a good nutritional meal.

Tip #4: Stick to a grocery list. Write out what you need and keep meal prep in mind when following a healthy diet, and try and avoid buying processed foods. 

Tip #5: Don’t be too restrictive. Give yourself grace and eat a variety of wholesome foods to maintain a healthy relationship with nutrition.

The mother of three who adheres to a strict organic, dairy-free, keto diet has pushed her healthy eating habits onto her children Mason, 10, Reign,8, and Penelope,5, from a young age.   

Kourtney notoriously battled with sister Kim over types of candy for their daughters’ North, 7, and Penelope’s joint birthday party on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

In a Youtube video posted by Kourtney’s new pal and famous Tik-Tok star, Addison Rae, 19, the two are seen living a typical day in Kourtney’s life.
