Leigh-Anne Pinnock has reportedly bought back her £40,000 engagement ring that was stolen from her last month. 

The pregnant singer, 29, was said to have been left ‘distraught’ after thieves stole the ring from her bedroom while she and fiancé Andre Gray were moving house.

According to The Sun, Leigh-Anne was contacted by a pawn-broker who had unwittingly bought the emerald and diamond-encrusted gold band.

He is said to have realised the ring belonged to the Little Mix star after he saw the report that it had been stolen. 

Leigh-Anne and Andre quickly acted on the tip and confirmed the ring was indeed theirs and paid to get it back.

The publication reports that the couple were told the ring had changed hands seven times before it reached the pawn-broker they bought it back from. 

Police are continuing to investigate the theft but have yet to identify any suspects.

A source said: ‘It’s amazing really, but they actually managed to get the ring back.

‘It had gone through seven different pawn shops before the final one realised what it was and called Andre. He went round and sure enough it was her ring, so he bought it back.

‘It was never about the money for them, it was all about the sentimental value. The main thing is Leigh-Anne has her ring back. Nothing could replace that bit of her fairy tale.’

Little Mix star Leigh-Anne was said to have kept her gem shut away in the master bedroom, on top of a safe, but it was nowhere to be seen in the midst of the move, prompting fears the thief could have been someone the couple knew. 

Leigh-Anne and Andre sold their luxury Surrey mansion in January, just days after putting it on the market for £4.95 million.

The lavish home boasts six bathrooms, five reception rooms, a ‘wellness suite’ and steam room, plus two acres of gardens and grounds.

At the end of May last year, Leigh-Anne announced her engagement to Watford striker Andre as the pair celebrated their fourth anniversary as a couple.

Taking to Instagram following his proposal, the footballer posed alongside his fiancée as she showed off her diamond engagement ring, while adding the caption: ‘Let the caption speak for itself this time… Hasta la muerte.’

Shortly after, Leigh-Anne commented on the news herself, writing: ‘Guys.. wtf has just happened… He bloody did it, and I said yes…

‘I’m marrying my soul-mate, the man of my flipping dreams… I am lost for words, so I think I’m just going to go cry some more @andregray_ I love you so much. My world is literally complete’.

A year on from their engagement, Leigh-Anne and Andre announced they were expecting their first child together.
