Charlene White took to Instagram today ahead of her appearance on Lorraine.
The Loose Women presenter geared up for the morning programme as she also discussed her time Down Under when she took part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The 43-year-old suffered a mishap just hours before her debut as she showed her 112,000 followers a mark etched across her forehead.
Charlene explained she wrapped her hair up at night but the scarf she used was too tight.
Accompanying the post with a photo of the mark on her forehead, she captioned the post: “Can we all say a prayer and hope that indentation from my headscarf disappears by the time I’m on the telly pls? #blackgirlproblems.”
In another post, the broadcaster explained she would be speaking about her mum’s health battle after she sadly died from bowel cancer when Charlene was just 16 years old.
The ITV favourite said: “I’m here in television centre’s dressing room at ITV. But I’m not on Loose Women today, I’m going to be a guest on Lorraine.
“I will talk about the importance of bowel cancer and looking out for the signs. Also, the importance of early diagnosis and the impact it can have on people’s lives.
“I’m a patron of Bowel Cancer UK and I’ve worked with them for almost 20 years. Some of you might not know but bowel cancer is what my mum died of.”

She added: “Lorraine’s No Butts Campaign is what I worked with alongside Dame Deborah James before her passing. I’ll obviously do my hair and put makeup on before.”
Elsewhere, Charlene shared her excitement after the presenter was enlisted to cover King Charles’s Coronation.
Taking to Twitter she penned: “Proud and excited to be a part of the presenting team for @itv’s coverage of the King’s Coronation next month!”
Tom Bradby will front ITV’s coverage of the coronation alongside Julie Etchingham, the broadcaster has announced.
The ITV News at Ten anchors, a close friend of the Duke of Sussex, who will lead proceedings on Saturday, May 6 from a special studio outside Buckingham Palace.
ITV has also enlisted presenters Mary Nightingale, Nina Hossain, James Mates, and Charlene, who will be stationed at key locations during the six-hour-plus broadcast.
In the week leading up to the Coronation, Good Morning Britain will feature experts, dignitaries and friends of the King and Queen Consort, including Hugo Vickers and Andrew Morton.
Lorraine airs weekdays on ITV at 9am.
