He welcomed his first child, Nell, in October with Camilla Thurlow, whom he met on Love Island. 

And Jamie Jewitt confirmed on Wednesday that he has gained four stone and a ‘dad bod’  since appearing on the hit dating show in 2017. 

The reality star, 30, displayed his physique in a candid mirror selfie as he said he doesn’t want to ‘be that thin again,’ but is embarking on a lifestyle overhaul to feel healthy.

A shaven-headed Jamie beamed as he captured his side profile from his bathroom and revealed his current weight. 

In the accompanying caption, he wrote: ‘Dad bod diaries! This is me yesterday at 105.5kg. Roughly 16 1/2 stone.’

In a throwback picture from his time on Love Island, Jamie reflected on his change in weight.  

He said: ‘For those asking. During Love Island I was 80kg. Four stone and 25kg lighter than I am now.

‘I don’t want to be that thin again as I personally feel better a little heavier. But that’s a little idea of the difference.’

After posting the comparison snaps, Jamie has been documenting his health journey by capturing his nutritious meals and detailing his fitness regimen which includes outdoor runs.  

Jamie has also been hands on with father duties following the birth of his daughter earlier this year.  

The model and his partner Camilla, 31, cuddled up on the sofa for a recent family photo with their adorable baby Nell. 

‘Smiles all round,’ the doting mum captioned the sweet photo while she grinned at the camera.

Camilla has also been giving her Instagram followers regular updates on parenthood. Her most recent update was a breastfeeding snap as she revealed it has been a ‘tricky’ journey.

The former Love Island star flashed a wide smile in the delightful snap and admitted that although she appears happy, she has found feeding ‘challenging’.  

Alongside the fresh-faced image, she wrote: ‘3am is when I do my best online shopping! Truly though, I look very happy in this picture and these moments in the middle of the night are precious ones that I am forever grateful for..

‘But I definitely don’t want to sugarcoat how challenging I have found breastfeeding so far. Maybe one day I’ll talk about my experience with it.

‘But for now I just want to say greatest respect to all the mothers out there figuring out their way to feed their baby, it’s a tricky journey and I’m so grateful for the support I’ve had from the NHS and of course from @jamiejewitt_’.
