Mary-Kate Olsen looked to be in good spirits on Sunday evening while dining al fresco in New York City.

The 34-year-old actress turned clothing designer was seen without her wedding ring on as she was sipping on a glass of red wine while enjoying a Japanese meal. 

The former Full House star’s estranged husband, 51-year-old husband Olivier Sarkozy, was seen the next day with his wedding band still on, however.

Mary-Kate was bundled up for the autumn chill as she added a black coat to her black slacks with a white shirt.

A large gold ring was seen on her pinky finger but she was not wearing her wedding band from ex Olivier.

The Los Angeles native was makeup free and had on a fun mustard-colored hat over her blonde locks.

Her dinner date was not seen in the images.

 The star has been seen now and then after she split from her husband in April.

And ever since she broke things off with her husband, Mary-Kate  has not worn her wedding ring.

But Olivier still seems to have the band on his wedding finger. On Monday the businessman was spotted with his ring in place as he smoked a cigarette on a New York City street. 

Sarkozy had on a dark zip up top and gray slacks with black sneakers and a bracelet on. His hair worn on the longer side.

The actress and entrepreneur has been busy tending to her fashion line The Row in New York City.

She is hoping her career can keep her mind off the divorce, a source hinted.

‘She’s doing really well. Work is keeping her distracted,’ a friend told Entertainment Tonight is September.

Mary-Kate and her twin sister Ashley are still keen to keep working, despite their huge levels of wealth.

The insider added: ‘They never liked being idle. Mary-Kate has so much to offer and has a great work ethic. It’s not about the money. It’s about the personal satisfaction.’

In a summons and complaint filed to New York’s Supreme Court on April 17, she wrote: ‘It was clear my marriage was over … the relationship has broken down irretrievably.’ However, the courts were not taking applications at the time.

But in papers, Mary-Kate asked for an emergency order as she was ‘petrified’ about losing a roof over her head and her personal property.

She wrote: ‘My husband has terminated the lease on our New York City residence … without my consent. This application is an emergency because my husband expects me to move out of our home on Monday, May 18, 2020 in the middle of New York City being on pause due to COVID-19.

Sarkozy has two teenage children from a prior relationship, son Julien, 18, and daughter, Margot, 16. 

Olsen is worth an estimated $500 million and has an ‘ironclad prenup’ and ‘business interests and fortune are protected’ in the split, insiders told Us.
