SAS star Ollie Ollerton reveals easy resistance workout

SAS: Who Dares Wins star Ollie Ollerton is back to put us through our paces again this week with a super easy resistance workout exclusive to Metro.co.uk. 

Minimal equipment is needed for this one – just an ab roller and two resistance bands to push your strength to the limit. 

Simply tuck one resistance band into the top of a door and the second band through the bottom. 

A few minutes is all you need to pull the bands as tight as possible, making sure to curl your arms up to your chest. 

Next is a set of burpees making sure to jump as you come up, then some high knee reps before finishing off with a few sets on your ab roller. 

Feeling the burn yet? That means it’s working… Unless you missed last week’s one-minute workout, of course.
