Epsom racing tips: Oaks trends – we help you find the winner of the fillies' Classic live on ITV

IT must be LOVE in the Oaks.

She ticks all the boxes and was massively impressive when landing Newmarket’s Classic last time out.

Trainer trends have held sway in the Oaks with seven of the past eight runnings going to just two men — Aidan O’Brien and John Gosden.

They hold a strong hand again with five of the eight runners and we’ll concentrate on their hopefuls at the expense of Bahrani Star, Gold Wand and Queen Daenerys.

Those three appear to have a mountain to climb.

Most Oaks winners have already won earlier in the season which spells bad news for outsiders Tiempo Vuela and Passion who have yet to taste success as three-year-old's.

It’s actually a big negative to have already won over the Oaks trip of 1m4f which ends the Gosden hopes with Frankly Darling who scored at Royal Ascot last time.

Ennistymon was beaten in that Ribblesdale Stakes and that doesn’t bode well on the stats.

That leaves the way open for LOVE to follow up her impressive 1,000 Guineas victory.

She had more than four lengths in hand that day and can give Ryan Moore his third Oaks success.
