Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo continues gift-giving spree after sending Marcus Rashford signed Real Madrid shirt
The Real Madrid superstar took time out ahead of Los Blancos’ Champions League semi-final to send the youngster the replica jersey.
The England striker grew up idolising the five-time Ballon d’Or winner, and the pair have become close pals.
Earlier this month, Rashford was gifted a pair of red Nike Air Max 97 CR7 trainers, also from the 33-year-old.
The replica home Real Madrid shirt was signed: “To Marcus, keep up the good work.”
The gesture comes after disappointment for the 20-year-old, who failed to start the FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham on Saturday.
He was left to watch on from the bench as the Red Devils beat Spurs 2-1 at Wembley.
But Rashford will be looking to catch United boss Jose Mourinho’s eye ahead of the final against Chelsea next month.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo faces Bayern tonight in Germany looking to fire his side one step towards the next round.
