Real Madrid ready to make sensational bid for Neymar so he can partner Ronaldo

Real Madrid are said to be close to bringing Brazilian sensation Neymar to the Bernabeu to partner Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Spanish giants are keen to strike a deal with Paris-Saint Germain to bring the superstar to Madrid.

Marca believe Ronaldo wouldn’t have a problem with having Neymar alongside him – and the Brazilian would welcome the challenge.

The plan was for Neymar to be brought in during the summer of 2019, but it seems that this may be brought forward as he continues to be a loggerheads with PSG.

Only last month Brazil legend Rivaldo claims it is "very likely" that the superstar Neymar will join Real Madrid.

The Selecao captain is recovering from injury ahead of the 2018 World Cup in Russia this summer.

But despite less than a year since his blockbuster £200m move from Barcelona, speculation has linked him with a return to La Liga – with the Blaugrana’s eternal rivals – and Rivaldo expects another world record move to happen.

"It is very likely that Neymar will go to Madrid," the former Barcelona star told GloboEsporte’s Esporte Espetacular. "I already said that Neymar may be the best player in the world.

"But I think that if he stays in PSG , he will never make it. He has to leave the PSG."
