President Biden is set to have his first bilateral meeting since taking the White House, via a virtual get together with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, according to a report.

The session will take place Tuesday, with the two leaders expected to tackle climate change and the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wall Street Journal reported.

“I look forward to renewing the strong friendship between the United States and Canada and working to tackle the shared challenges we face,” Biden said in a tweet.

Trudeau said he was looking forward to meeting his American counterpart, and noted the two countries share “one of the strongest and deepest friendships between any two countries in the world.”
