Prince Harry ‘shell of former self’ while Meghan ‘blossoms’ claims biographer
Prince Harry ditched his life as an "action man to become an airy-fairy do-gooder," a Royal biographer has claimed.
The Duke of Sussex lives with wife Meghan and son Archie in Santa Barbara where the pair have built a life of their own since they decided to step back as senior members of the Royal Family.
Royal expert Angela Levin has claimed Meghan has "blossomed" under the California sun while Harry is a "shadow" of his former self.
She suggested Harry's new life has seen him go from an "action man" to a west coast "do-gooder" with the couple’s Netflix and Spotify deals.
Writing in the Telegraph, Ms Levin suggested that Harry's recent public appearances were "out of character" for him.
Referencing the couple’s appearance at the Los Angeles National Cemetery on Remembrance Sunday, which was branded a "publicity stunt" by many, she said it is natural for Harry to want to pay respect to the fallen.
But added the "royal stardust, accessibility, confidence" and even "mischief" inside the man appears to have gone.
Describing him as a "shadow" of his former self, she slammed the Prince for lecturing the public on "how to live" while living a "discarded life".
Ms Levin wrote: "It is clear to see that the Duchess of Sussex has blossomed back in her native country, and how a short stint with a royal title has opened many doors, enabling her to upgrade her contacts book and give her new opportunities to showcase her impressive skills.
"Her husband, however, has become a shadow of the prince I once knew.
"He seems to have discarded his life as an action man to become an airy-fairy do-gooder.
"It is so out of character for him to lecture us on how to live our lives."
