Rolf Harris pictured celebrating release of sick new book smearing his victims in unseen photo months before his death | The Sun
ROLF Harris grinned as he celebrated the release of a book smearing his victims in a sick photo taken months before the monster died.
The paedo – who died on May 10 at the age of 93 – was sitting at his dining table with supporters including private detective William Merritt, who had just finished a book on his assault trials.
Also in the previously unseen picture is Harris' former PA Lisa Ratcliffe, friend Mike Kelly and former defence barrister Stephen Vullo KC.
It was taken shortly after Harris was presented with a copy of Rolf Harris: The Defence Team’s Special Investigator Reveals the Truth Behind the Trials, reports The Courier Mail.
The disgraced TV star hired Mr Merritt to look into the backgrounds of the women who accused him of sexual assault.
Former New Zealand cop Mr Merritt spent two years compiling the book.

He said of Harris: "He could barely talk then and was very sick.
"He gave me a thumbs up and wrote on a piece of paper, ‘It’s bloody great mate, I love it, finally people will know the truth’."
The book – listed on Amazon for £10 – claims Harris was the victim of a witch hunt and a "flawed" police probe.
He also suggests the paedo's accusers were chasing compensation payouts.

Harris served three years in prison for a string of child sex attacks after being convicted of 12 counts of indecent assault on June 2014.
The crimes were committed against four girls – one of whom was aged just seven or eight at the time.
Another victim was a childhood friend of his daughter, and another was a young autograph hunter.
Harris was released from jail in May 2017 part-way through a re-trial on four accusations of indecent assault.
Later that year, Harris appeared at the Court of Appeal in London to try and overturn his 2014 convictions.
He had one conviction overturned following his appeal, but the other 11 remained.
This week it was confirmed Harris had died almost two weeks earlier at his £7m home in Bray, Berkshire.
He had been receiving round-the-clock care for neck cancer.
The sex monster made a final plea to his daughter Bindi before he died, begging her to look after her mum, Alwen Hughes.
