This jet-lag is kicking my butt! I wake up at three in the morning every day.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I eat like the refrigerator at five in the morning, today I ate\u00a0mahi mahi and broccolini at four in the morning. I play Word with Friends, then I&#8217;m a zombie the rest of the day, I need help!&#8217; she pleaded.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/16\/75043701-12478939-image-m-3_1693840388220.jpg\" height=\"488\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The View host Ana Navarro has begged fans for help in a candid new social media post<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/16\/75043705-12478939-image-m-17_1693841276221.jpg\" height=\"919\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The 51-year-old recorded herself in her kitchen and revealed she is suffering with the jet-lag<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/16\/75043713-12478939-image-m-19_1693841502663.jpg\" height=\"689\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ana eased herself back into reality by going boating on the weekend with Al and their dog<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;You all always know the answers, what&#8217;s the cure for jet-lag? Because Greece was great, but I&#8217;m no longer in Greece!&#8217; Ana added, and she was immediately inundated with advice from her fans.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Give yourself time. Your body is resetting to your Florida life. Allow yourself some grace and self-care,&#8217; one person wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Another advised: &#8216;Don&#8217;t sleep during the day!!! And go to bed at about 7 pm and the next day at 8 pm\u2026. It will go soon. I had the same when I returned from Turkey,&#8217; and a third said: &#8216;Lots of water and vitamins.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Someone else commented: &#8216;No naps. Turn off tv and phone at bedtime. Stay away from fridge in the middle of the night,&#8217; and a different fan agreed and wrote: &#8216;Stay awake all day!!! No naps!!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Ana and Al eased themselves back into life in Florida by going boating over the weekend and even took their pet pooch\u00a0ChaCha with them.<\/p>\n<p>The brunette star looked happy and relaxed as she sat onboard wearing a blue and white patterned shirt along with a blue crochet top.<\/p>\n<p>Ana completed her look with a pair of oversized sunglasses and appeared to be making the most of her last days off work before The View returns to TV screens on Tuesday, September 5.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Posting her official new promo picture for season 27 of the ABC program, the official Instagram page for the show captioned it: &#8216;@ananavarrofl is ready to bring it at the #HotTopics table!
