OLYMPIC gold medallist Adam Peaty has been spotted with a nasty gash above his eye after a punch-up with a Team GB team-mate.<\/p>\n

The swimming champ, 28, is alleged to have made a joke about Luke Greenbank\u2019s girlfriend, Peaty's ex, before slapping him on the bottom.<\/p>\n

Furious Greenbank, 25, retaliated at the British Swimming training camp on Friday following the "cocky quip", an eyewitness told The Sun.<\/p>\n

Greenbank has been dating Olympic gold medallist swimmer Anna Hopkin, 27, for two years.<\/p>\n

She was previously in a relationship with Peaty, who is now dating Gordon Ramsey's daughter Holly.<\/p>\n

Pictures show Peaty with gashes on his face following the bust-up, which left him with a bloody face.<\/p>\n

"Those around them persuaded Peaty and Greenbank to shake hands and put the fight behind them."<\/p>\n

Coaches tended to Peaty at Loughborough University, where the Team GB stars were training.<\/p>\n

Peaty split from Eiri Munro, mum to his two-year-old son George, last August.<\/p>\n

In an Instagram post at the time, Eiri said: "The last three years have been so, so, amazing. <\/p>\n

"Our little family have experienced so much laughter, love, and joy.<\/p>\n

"This next chapter of my life is surely going to be a difficult one."<\/p>\n
