The star was said to have &#8216;appeared wasted&#8217; and was taken into custody.<\/p>\n<p>Police also seized her car as part of their investigation into the damage to the home.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/18\/16\/75561139-0-image-a-1_1695050542248.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Arrest drama:\u00a0Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador was arrested for a DUI and a hit-and-run after she struck a house with her car in Newport Beach, LA on Saturday night<\/p>\n<p>A representative for Newport Beach Police Department confirmed Beador was booked for hit-and-run and DUI alcohol. She was cited and released without bond.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Bravo for comment.<\/p>\n<p>This comes days after fans saw\u00a0Gina Kirschenheiter blow up at Beador for continuing to bring up her four-year-old DUI arrest on Wednesday&#8217;s episode of The Real Housewives Of Orange County.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 39-year-old reality star during the season 17 episode titled\u00a0Pumpkins &amp; Paparazzi also was outraged that Shannon kept saying that she had been close to getting her kids taken away by Child Protective Services (CPS) on the day of her DUI arrest.<\/p>\n<p>Shannon furiously denied saying that CPS was going to take Gina&#8217;s children, but video showed otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Shannon says s*** and then she wants to pretend she didn&#8217;t do it,&#8217; Gina said in a confessional. &#8216;And if you can say things that are that f***ing hurtful and not even remember you said it, you need to go f***ing check yourself into rehab. And then when you do and you get to the f***ing I&#8217;m sorry step, I&#8217;ll be waiting for that apology.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Shannon was tipped during the pumpkin carving party by Tamra Judge, 55, that Jenn Pedranti, 45, shared with Gina the comments she made about her DUI arrest and CPS going after her kids.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Jenn, you said that I said CPS was coming for Gina&#8217;s kids?&#8217; Shannon shouted. &#8216;What are you talking about? Good try, Shannon.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Emily Simpson, 47, said she doesn&#8217;t think Jenn was making it up.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I would never say that!&#8217; Shannon strongly declared.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Tamra was the one explaining to me at the dinner party about Gina&#8217;s DUI,&#8217; Jenn said in a confessional. &#8216;It&#8217;s odd to me how you have now conveniently forgot.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It is not true!&#8217; Gina screamed. &#8216;Nobody gets a DUI and then their kids are taken from them.
