The actress, 54, posed for a daring shoot for Issue 23 of\u00a0CR Fashion Book\u00a0which has been called ‘Muses.’<\/p>\n
And taking to Instagram Jennifer shared some unseen moments of herself behind the camera as she wore skimpy black underwear under an oversized blazer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Her gym-honed and lithe legs were on display as she took on a series of poses holding out her arms to reveal her physique beneath the blazer.<\/p>\n
Other moments saw her posing in a black cape and another suit before elsewhere she was seen being shown the snaps on the camera.<\/p>\n

For the final pictures, in one\u00a0image the Malibu beach blonde with the golden tan had on a black bikini top with a black tie under a very cropped white bolero jacket.<\/p>\n
‘@carineroitfeld this was a dream come true to work with you. And the incredible @zoeygrossman \u2764\ufe0f The ridiculously talented hair and makeup team\u2026. @mrchrismcmillan and @georgieeisdell,’ wrote the ex of Brad Pitt in her caption.<\/p>\n
The star is promoting season three of The Morning Show, which also stars Reese Witherspoon and will see Jon Hamm added to the cast.<\/p>\n
The shoot won raves: Julianne Moore said Jennifer was ‘gorgeous’ while Michelle Pfeiffer added, ‘Breathtaking.’<\/p>\n
Jen was also talking up LolaVie.<\/p>\n
And she dished on how she stays in such top, red carpet ready shape.<\/p>\n

‘I drink a lot of water, move my body daily, try to eat whole, fresh foods, and get as much sleep as I can,’ said the Cake actress.<\/p>\n
‘That last part is challenging for me, but it\u2019s so important.\u00a0I feel it when I don\u2019t get enough rest.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘In addition to all of that, I try to be really mindful about what I let into my head- space.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘Our world is really going through some challenges, and I know we all care a lot, but sometimes I think it\u2019s imperative that we turn off the noise,’ she added.<\/p>\n
And she named her hair icon.<\/p>\n
‘I just love beautiful hair. But I mean, did I love Valerie Bertinelli on the cover of UsWeekly magazine when she was wearing a red angora sweater and took that into the hair salon in the \u201980s? Mayyyyybe.’<\/p>\n
Then she talked up her workouts with Pvolve.<\/p>\n
‘I love it so much! Pvolve is a unique approach to fitness that I\u2019m so excited to share with others.’<\/p>\n
The TV favorite added it was ‘transformative’ for her.<\/p>\n
‘I leave every workout feeling energized and strong, but not beat up,’ said the ex of Justin Theroux.<\/p>\n
‘I encourage people to try it and see it for themselves. Whatever your fitness level, it\u2019s a workout where you can truly start where you are.’<\/p>\n
The workouts are less stressful, added Aniston.<\/p>\n
‘I\u2019ve been motivated to work out in a way I haven\u2019t been in years. I look for- ward to the challenging classes and I feel stronger and more comfortable in my body when I\u2019m doing it. It\u2019s different every time, I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve had the same class twice.’<\/p>\n
She also touched on loving medicine.<\/p>\n
‘I\u2019ve always found it fascinating. There was a period when my dad went to medical school, when acting slowed down for him, which is why we moved to Greece when I was five or six.\u00a0<\/p>\n
‘So I had a doctor\/actor (LOL) in the house who introduced me to the world of medicine and research.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I am always grateful to the science and medical community who advance our knowledge of the human body, our health, and how we can continue to thrive as we age,’ she added.<\/p>\n
