'Cocaine Cassie' Sainsbury, a woman who was caught trying to smuggle drugs into the UK, is now offering personalised video messages on Cameo.

In April 2017, Sainsbury attempted to smuggle 5.8kg of cocaine out of Colombia, hiding the stash in boxes of headphones in her suitcase. Her flight was set to take the Aussie and her illegal load from Bogota to London – but she got busted.

Sainsbury, now 28, was initially sentenced to six years in the notorious El Buen Pastor female prison in Bogota but was released early in 2020, serving a total of just 27 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

And now, after launching her online fitness training business, she has revealed that she is making personalised messages on Cameo, a video-sharing website where punters can request clips from well-known figures.

"Accepting all video requests. All money gets donated to charity," she wrote on the site, listing herself as a personal trainer.

On her profile on the website, she shared a clip where she shares advice on how to make it from 'hump day' to rest day, saying she used lessons from prison to do this.

"I set myself short term goals to get through it, I learned that in jail," she said.

She said she is available for shoutouts, birthday messages but "nothing weird".

She also sparked controversy with her inclusion on the 2023 season of SAS Australia.

Cassie returned to Australia last September for the first time in five years and in an interview with 7News Spotlight finally admitted her guilt after years of pleading her innocence.
