However, on August 29, both parties agreed to a continuance, postponing the trial to October 14, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The filing notes that &#8220;certain discovery issues still remain to be resolved&#8221; and says that depositions for both sides have been repeatedly postponed due to scheduling issues surrounding Twigs and LaBeouf&#8217;s respective &#8220;<span>entertainment<\/span> projects.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;What I went through with Shia was the worst thing I&#8217;ve ever been through in the whole of my life,&#8221; Twigs told <i>The New York Times<\/i> in late 2020.  &#8220;I don&#8217;t think people would ever think that it would happen to me.  But I think that&#8217;s the thing.
