<\/p>\nScott Disick revealed that his car accident last year has lead to weight gain, back pain and the lack of a sex life on this week’s episode of The Kardashians.<\/p>\n
Last season, Disick – who will star in Love Island Games – opened up about his scary car crash where his Lamborghini SUV rolled onto its side after a collision.<\/p>\n
The reality star tries to get back on the mend, with Khloe Kardashian introducing him to a doctor to help ease his back pain without a grueling surgery.<\/p>\n
The episode goes back to Los Angeles where an SUV comes to pick up Khloe, with Scott Disick in the vehicle.<\/p>\n
Khloe asks how his back is doing and he says, \u2018it still hurts pretty bad,\u2019 as Khloe says in confession that they are getting Scott\u2019s MRI results back.<\/p>\n

They head to Sports Rehab LA as Khloe introduces Scott to the aforementioned Dr. Pat, who Scott tells, since the accident, \u2018everything has changed in my life. Like I haven\u2019t been able to run around, I\u2019ve gained weight.\u2019<\/p>\n
He adds he did a few hours of treatment with a woman in Santa Monica, adding, \u2018I\u2019m not into like spiritual healing at all and she was like, just you know microdose some shrooms. This is not for me. It was insanity.\u2019<\/p>\n
Dr. Pat says there is, \u2018good news and bad news\u2019 with his MRI results, adding, \u2018You\u2019re kind of on the cusp of possibly needing surgery. The good news is, you can save it without doing surgery, but you really have to be like locked in,\u2019 as Khloe says, \u2018It takes work.\u2019<\/p>\n
Scott responds, \u2018I mean, whatever I\u2019ve gotta do to not get like open back surgery,\u2019 as Dr. Pat says he has a \u2018little window.\u2019<\/p>\n
Dr. Pat starts getting to work as Khloe says, \u2018Scott, I\u2019m telling you, you\u2019re gonna feel so much better if you do this on a regular. You\u2019re so young, you cannot live like this.\u2019<\/p>\n
Scott adds, \u2018I\u2019m almost forty,\u2019 as Khloe reiterates what she said earlier this season, that she,\u2019 can\u2019t wait to be in my 40s. 30s have been a f***ing disaster.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018I mean, what happened between Tristan and I was a very traumatic experience. Then there was surrogacy, cancer scares, but I just think there\u2019s no way this can continue into my 40s, because I might snap one day. I\u2019m just excited, so let a girl be excited,\u2019 Khloe said.<\/p>\n

Khloe says, \u2018So isn\u2019t that motivation to like fix your back?\u2019 Scott adds, \u2018To get back on the wagon to f**k?\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018Yeah. You are actually deteriorating before our eyes and I\u2019m not gonna let this happen,\u2019 Khloe says, as Scott says it\u2019s \u2018too hot\u2019 but Khloe says not to \u2018be a p***y.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018I don\u2019t want to get back surgery. It sounds like hell,\u2019 Scott admits, before leaving Dr. Pat\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
As they\u2019re walking out of the office Scott says he\u2019s \u2018feeling good\u2019 and it\u2019s \u2018better off then getting possibly abused by her, so I\u2019m happy to commit to this.\u2019<\/p>\n
Scott adds that, \u2018Then on my 40th birthday or something\u2026 maybe\u2026 me and you,\u2019 subtly suggesting they should have sex on his birthday, as Khloe says, \u2018You might have bumped your head as well.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018No, but on my 40th birthday, maybe I\u2019ll feel better,\u2019 Scott says, backtracking, joking, \u2018doesn\u2019t seem like we\u2019re getting anywhere.\u2019<\/p>\n
The episode begins with Khloe heading over to Scott’s house, as he opened up about his back pain.<\/p>\n

Khloe opens a bottle of water and says, \u2018Let me promise you something. You have not done physical therapy. That\u2019s not the same. Then you have to do physical therapy. You don\u2019t just get new s**t. When I slipped three disks in my back, Dr. Pat got them back in there. Now I don\u2019t have to do a surgery. Who wants a surgery?\u2019<\/p>\n
Scott adds, \u2018Not me, but that\u2019s what they keep telling me,\u2019 as Khloe adds in confession, \u2018I think Scott maybe needs a little pep talk because this is probably the unhealthiest I\u2019ve seen him. He\u2019s barely mobile and it\u2019s all from his back, so that wouldn\u2019t make anyone feel good.\u2019<\/p>\n
Khloe tells Scott as he sits down that he needs an, \u2018E-stim,\u2019 adding, \u2018Dr. Pat will bring it, it\u2019s made for injuries and treating isolated muscles.\u2019<\/p>\n
