Millie and Jake\u00a0announced her engagement in April after two years of dating\u00a0with an Instagram post showing off her glimmering rock.<\/span><\/p>\n Using a Taylor Swift lyric for her caption, she wrote: ‘I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all.’<\/p>\n Jake also shared the announcement to his own page, simply writing ‘forever’ alongside two snaps of the couple.<\/p>\n The actress – who said she ‘is perfectly aware’ that many think she’s too young to tie the knot –\u00a0previously told how Jake has been ‘very involved’ in the wedding planning, telling NBC’s Today show: ‘He’s very helpful during the whole process.<\/p>\n ‘I’ve never felt alone in it, which is very nice. It\u2019s really cool.
