‘This past year, while I was traveling in Italy, I discovered a new lingerie brand made with gorgeous fabrics and colorful silks and delicate lace. But I found the name to be a bit challenging to pronounce. Intimacy? Inter, intermissi? Intermississippi? It’s Intimissimi.’<\/p>\n
In order to maintain her fit 5ft5in frame, JLo likes to break a sweat ‘first thing in the morning’ and ‘is not afraid to challenge’ herself with fitness trainers like Tracy Anderson and David Kirsch.<\/p>\n
‘I’m always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated,’ the Emmy-nominated producer told Us Weekly earlier this year.<\/p>\n
‘It’s no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life. I think there’s a positive correlation between exercise and mental health. When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we’re naturally pushing to be the best version of ourselves.’<\/p>\n
