to\u00a0TMZ.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She received the violation earlier this month,\u00a0after being pulled over by California Highway Patrol for allegedly making an improper turn.<\/p>\n<p>In California, it is illegal to cross solid double yellow lines on the road, unless you are turning left at an intersection, turning into\/our of a private road or driveway, driving in a carpool lame, or instructed to do so by construction workers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It comes after\u00a0Spears was &#8216;pulled over and ticketed&#8217; for <span>driving without a license or proof of insurance<\/span> in her car by California Highway Patrol in September.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" the time she was cited a $1,140 fine, which online records show she has since paid off, according to the publication.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, obtained by The Blast, the first traffic violation occurred on September 10, 2023, just a month after her estranged husband Sam Asghari, 29, filed for divorce.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The star was initially pulled over for speeding in her white Mercedes, and law enforcement claim that she did not have a &#8216;valid license in her possession&#8217; and failed &#8216;to provide a peace officer evidence of financial responsibility.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the Grammy winner was caught driving at an &#8216;unsafe speed for prevailing conditions&#8217; and ticketed for the offense on March 10, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The citation came months after Spears was advised by doctors to be careful behind the wheel as she reentered the world from a conservatorship which prevented her from driving for 13 years.<\/p>\n<p>At the time a source told People: &#8216;Britney is very happy the conservatorship is now allowing her to drive.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;She is ecstatic and beyond grateful for all the
