Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah have reached an agreement on custody, visitation, and child support for their four-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino, according to legal documents reviewed by The Blast.<\/p>\n

Alfallah, 29, filed for full physical custody of the infant in September and indicated a desire for Pacino, 83, to have “reasonable visitation.”<\/p>\n

However, a spokesperson for Pacino subsequently refuted claims that the couple had separated, affirming, “They are together.”<\/p>\n

The Godfather and Scarface star is expected to provide a “generous amount” in child support to Alfallah.<\/p>\n

The couple has been romantically linked since April 2022 and welcomed their son on June 6 at Cedar’s Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

Pacino is already a father to three other children:<\/p>\n

22-year-old twins Olivia and Anton James Pacino with Beverly D’Angelo, and Julie Pacino, 34, with Jan Tarrant.<\/p>\n

In the recent court documents, Alfallah expressed her willingness to grant Pacino joint legal custody of Roman, giving him input on decisions such as education and medical treatment.<\/p>\n

Additionally, a “voluntary declaration of parentage” was presented, which both parties signed six days after their son’s birth, acknowledging Pacino’s paternity.<\/p>\n
