Police responded to the incident on N\u00fa\u00f1ez de Balboa Street in the Spanish capital and are understood to now be on the hunt for a young man wanted in connection to the incident. <\/p>\n<p>The suspect is understood to have carried out the shooting and then fled the scene on a motorbike.
