He also avoided the plank challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Farage, 59, who was left injured so badly 13 years ago that he underwent a neck reconstruction and had his leg in a plaster cast for a year, will also be ruled out of doing some of the forthcoming Bushtucker Trials if they put his medical welfare at risk.<\/p>\n<p>He was also involved in a serious road accident 38 years ago. A source close to the former Ukip leader said, said: &#8216;Nigel can&#8217;t do strenuous activity because he&#8217;s been in a car crash, as well as the plane crash and he&#8217;s had his neck reconstructed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Some of the stars will be going in by jumping out of an aeroplane but there is no way he can do that.
