Jennifer Aniston has urged fans to support a foundation set up in memory of her Friends co-star Matthew Perry.<\/p>\n
The 54-year-old shared a picture of Perry, who was found dead in his Los Angeles home last month, alongside a quote about inspirational quote and a message to fans. The Matthew Perry Foundation was established after the star’s death to help people who are struggling with addiction.<\/p>\n
Perry, who played Chandler in Friends, was open during his career about his battles with substance abuse, addiction, and his time spent in rehabilitation facilities. He even set up a sober living facility to help people battling similar issues to him.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday, Aniston shared a story to her 45 million Instagram followers encouraging them to help support his legacy. She wrote: \u201cFor #GivingTuesday please join me and Matty\u2019s family in supporting his foundation \u2013 which is working to help those suffering with addiction.”<\/p>\n

The website shares a quote from Perry which has gone viral since his death.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen I die, I don\u2019t want \u2018Friends\u2019 to be the first thing that\u2019s mentioned \u2013 I want helping others to be the first thing that\u2019s mentioned. And I\u2019m going to live the rest of my life proving that. Addiction is far too powerful for anyone to defeat alone.
