Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Archewell Foundation, which they set up after stepping down as senior royals, has released its 2022/2023 report which reveals details of the work it has done over the last year in the form of a glossy new video with a bold, four-word message – "Show Up, Do Good".

As well as also releasing a 28-page report of the causes it has aided over the past year, Archewell's one-minute video comes with the strong and defiant message attached.

It reads: "We are committed to a simple but profound mission: Show Up, Do Good." The footage, which includes clips of the couple's appearances throughout the year, then shows the charitable projects that Archewell has supported.

The new video comes less than 24 hours after Kensington Palace released a special new video of the Princess of Wales taking Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to volunteer at a Baby Bank in Windsor.

In one clip, Meghan can be seen hugging military families while in another both Harry and Meghan can be seen making surprise calls to young grant winners.

Also included are clips of the Sussexes visiting a Brooklyn school, as well as Meghan packing gift bags for a charity that supports expectant mothers.

The report details the charitable projects that have been supported by Archewell, which include assisting Afghan women refugees and highlighting the importance of online safety.

However, it does not contain any accounts or figures on how much exactly has been donated to charities and organisations.

Despite this, it does list that Archewell has helped provide 3,176 hours of mental health support to those affected by an earthquake in Turkey and Syria, helped 237 Afghan women through the Welcome Project and provided 2,500 girls in Nigeria with menstrual health products.

James Holt and Shauna Nep, the co-executive directors of Archewell, wrote in the report: "Even in the most difficult times, when losses faced can seem insurmountable, communities can come together to create meaningful change.

"At The Archewell Foundation, we believe in striving for greater interconnectedness and its ability to transcend division. We believe in the pursuit of finding purpose, belonging, and joy, and are dedicated to helping as many people as possible to achieve it."

The clip comes less than 24 hours after Kensington Palace released a rare video of Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis taking their first steps into the world of royal duties as they joined their mum to volunteer at a local Baby Bank.

Among several special moments in the video, five-year-old Prince Louis picked out a King Kong toy, exclaiming: "This is a big guy." Another sweet moment in the video shows Charlotte giggling with her mum as they find a Babygro that features a Welsh flag.

The video then ends with the children and their mum carrying the gift bags ready for them to be donated to families and the message: "Thank you to everyone who so generously supports Baby Banks across the country."

Kate has previously been seen helping out at Windsor's Baby Bank, which was set up by two local mums to support parents of young children. The charity has already helped 24,000 families in the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas since it was founded in 2015.
