Ayda Field joins rarely seen daughter Teddy at the Daytime Emmy Awards

Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda Field stuns in a sequinned gown as she sweetly kisses their rarely-seen daughter Teddy Williams, 11, on the head at the Daytime Emmy Awards

Hollywood heavyweights descended upon the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles for the 50th Daytime Emmy Awards on Friday.

And Ayda Field looked stunning as she walked the red carpet with her rarely seen daughter Teddy Williams, sweetly giving her a kiss on the head.

The American actress, 44, wore a sequinned black gown, with mesh panelling and a fishtail skirt for the glitzy event.

She showed off her toned arms, boosted her height with some embellished heels and accessorising with a pair of chandelier earrings.

Ayda, who is married to Robbie Williams, was joined by the couple’s eldest child Theodora (known as Teddy), who looked cute in a floral dress.

Stepping out to celebrate daytime television’s best, the mother-daughter duo smiled for photos on the red carpet before heading inside.

As well as Teddy, Ayda and Robbie share Charlton ‘Charlie’, nine, Colette ‘Coco’, five, and Beau, three.

The couple largely keep their children out of the public eye, with Teddy recently making a brief appearance in the singer’s Netflix documentary.

Although she did also have a taste of the spotlight in 2018 when she was flower girl at Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding.

In the self-titled show, Robbie, 49, is seen watching old footage of himself performing when his eldest child comes bounding in to see what’s going on.

Peering over his shoulder at the clip, Teddy is left baffled as she asks ‘who’s that?’ exclaiming ‘oh my god!’ when she learns it’s her father.

Yet she wasn’t able to stay in the room as the clip quickly turned tawdry, with Robbie seen in the video telling the crowd: ‘Obviously I’m not allowed to swear, I can’t say s**t or f**k or anything like that because the television’s on but you all can.’

Turning to his daughter, red-faced Robbie confessed: ‘I don’t think you should be watching this…’ as Teddy cheekily replied: ‘Yeah, I should stay!’

The footage then showed a young Robbie telling the audience: ‘There should be Guinness Book Of Records put aside for the biggest collective swearing session ever…’ prompting the father-of-four to shut down the clip and usher his daughter out the room.

Looking over at disappointed Teddy, he explained: Grown up stuff, you have to go boo! Sorry, I would love you to be able to watch all of this and be with me but it’s not for your age.’

Robbie has promised his children that they can watch his Netflix show when ‘they’re much older.’

Robbie’s hotly-anticipated docuseries was released last month, with the singer candidly discussing his 25-year showbusiness career, from career highs to battling addiction and mental health.

He speaks in-depth about his battle with drink and drug addiction, revealing his life ‘spiralled out of control so severely’ after turning to a bottle of vodka each night before going to Take That rehearsals.
