Applicants can find out about their news in one of two ways.
The first way is via email.
Alternatively, if you don’t see an email even in your junk folder, log into the Ticket Portal to check the status of your application.
You will be told if your application has been successful, partially successful, or rejected.
If you are partially successful, that means you have secured your place at some of the games you applied for. If you are allocated tickets for a match, you will always be given the full number you requested for that specific game.
In the event you have been assigned tickets, the next step is to pay for them before a specified deadline. You should receive a link taking you to the webpage to pay, where you will have to stump up for all the tickets allocated to you in one go.
Lastly, do not worry if luck was not on your side on this occasion. On December 2, more tickets will be made available for fans of the nations who have qualified, with another phase open in 2024 after the three play-off qualifiers have been confirmed.
