The star showed off her at-home choreography to the soundtrack of J Balvin and Willy William’s hit ‘Mi Gente.’
At a number of points she pulled the waistband off her shorts to reveal the two small tattoos on her lower abdomen.
Earlier in the day the Gimme More singer went fully nude on Instagram with a very cheeky snap taken on the beach.
The photo showed Britney flaunting her pert derriere as she struck an over-the-shoulder pose with her hands clasped beneath her face.
She appeared makeup-free and wore her blonde hair partially up in a fashionably messy beachy look.
Britney did not caption the snap and shared it following the release of her long-awaited memoir, which detailed her misery under her 13-year conservatorship.
In it, she opened up about the ‘strict diet’ she was placed on for two years by her father Jamie Spears which consisted of chicken and canned vegetables.
In her memoir The Woman In Me, Spears described how the diet came to be during her conservatorship and how she would ‘beg’ her butler for ‘real food’.
Spears implored for a hamburger and ice cream, but was constantly turned down because of the ‘strict orders’ handed down by her father.

The singer claimed her father – who was appointed conservator of her finances and personal life in 2008 – started the diet after repeatedly telling her she looked ‘fat.’
With the foods she truly wanted to eat now being removed from her diet by someone other than her, Spears said she ended up feeling like her ‘body wasn’t [hers] anymore’.
‘I felt scared,’ Britney said. ‘I’ll be honest, I was f**king miserable.’
‘So for two years, I ate almost nothing but chicken and canned vegetables,’ she wrote.
‘Two years is a long time to not be able to eat what you want, especially when it’s your body and your work and your soul making the money that everyone’s living off of,’ she said.
‘Two years of asking for french fries and being told no. I found it so degrading.’
However, even though she was dieting and working out, Britney ended up gaining weight – just the ‘opposite’ of what her father had hoped for.
‘Even though I wasn’t eating as much, he made me feel so ugly and like I wasn’t good enough,’ she said.

‘Maybe that’s because of the power of your thoughts: whatever you think you are, you become.’
Britney says she ‘just surrendered’ to doing whatever her father wanted as she was ‘so beaten down’, she adds in her memoir.
Years spent having her body scrutinized by the media and her own family also made Britney used to having others talk about her figure.
‘My body was strong enough to carry two children and agile enough to execute every choreographed move perfectly onstage,’ she described. ‘And now here I was, having every calorie recorded so people could continue to get rich off my body.’
Britney said she was the only one who thought it was ‘outrageous’ that her food intake was so heavily controlled.
‘My family would stay in Destin, a pretty beach town in Florida, at a ridiculously beautiful condo that I bought for them and eat good-tasting food every night while I was starving and working,’ she said.
Jamie took control of his eldest daughter’s life and finances after some highly publicized mental health struggles which included her famously shaving her head.
It began as a temporary arrangement, but became permanent by the end of 2008.
After 13 years of fighting, Britney was officially freed from the conservatorship in November 2021.
Candid: Spears’ new memoir, The Woman In Me, was released on October 24 and details her misery under her 13-year conservatorship
The Woman in Me will be released with an audio version, narrated by Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Williams.
Britney has recorded a small portion of the book and avoided narrating chapters discussing her family due to the content being ‘too painful to retell,’ TMZ recently reported.
Britney is the third member of her family to release their own autobiography.
Her mother penned Through The Storm: A Real Story of Fame And Family In A Tabloid World in 2008 and her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, published Things I Should Have Said last year.
