Inside Stacey Solomon and daughter Rose’s joint birthday celebrations including heartwarming gift

Stacey Solomon and her daughter Rose delighted fans this week as they shared a firsthand look inside their very special joint birthday celebration.

As fans of the Sort Your Life out star will know, Stacey famously welcomed her daughter Rose into the world on her 32nd birthday back in 2021, with the precious little one often described as “the best gift” her mum could have asked for.

In heartwarming scenes shared on their birthday, 4 October, Stacey welcomed fans into her home on social media to see for themselves what a magical day the family were having to celebrate Stacey turned 34 and little Rose turning two.

She wrote: “34 & 2.” The best gift I ever got on my birthday was you Rose. It’s a dream sharing this special day with you.”

“Happy birthday darling girl. 2 years have bloomin flown by. And I’m already excited for 18-50 – it’ll be here before we know it no doubt!”

The delighted TV star then continued: “To the moon and back baby girl. We had the best day. Rose LOVED her dolls house so so much. We played ALL morning.”

The doting mum then even gave an insight into the meal of choice for the day as she added: It was cake for breakfast. Then Rose had her taster day at nursery & the school mums & my sister took me out for lunch.

“Then we did the school pick ups together in tutus & played some more dolls house with the boys. Now it’s time for dinner and more cake with a side of nail art.”

She then rounded off the sweet post by thanking her fans for their birthday messages as she concluded: “Thank you for all of your lovely birthday wishes. Love you all xxx.”

Let’s take a closer look at the celebrations…

In a series of images shared on Instagram, it was revealed that pickle cottage had been given the full party makeover treatment, with plenty of multi-coloured balloons filling the spacious but homely living space.

In addition, a stunning birthday cake was also on show, with plenty of pastel coloured roses decorating a cream frosted cake that even bore both birthday girls’ names in pink cursive icing.

On top of the cake, an edible calendar had been piped, with the birthday date itself highlighted in a glamorous gold icing to help draw attention to the notable occasion.

There were even a set of beautifully decorated cupcakes to tuck into too, with plenty of glitter, gold beads and lavish piped icing to add a touch of luxury to the otherwise down to earth celebrations.

Grinning from ear to ear, both Stacey and Rose couldn’t contain their excitement as they posed for a number of photos, including one in which they wore stylish jumpers embroidered with their respective ages.

The special day was also underpinned by a number of cards and gifts, with Rose being treated to a handmade dolls house courtesy of her mum.

The intricately detailed house was painstakingly up-cycled by Stacey after she picked it up at an online market, with the thrifty mum putting all of her extensive DIY and craft know-how to good use to totally transform the toy into an interior designers’ dream home!

And it certainly went down a treat with Rose, who couldn’t stop playing with the charming pint sized property!
