Jung Kook's 'Seven' Becomes Fastest Song To Reach 1 Billion Streams On Spotify

BTS‘ Jung Kook‘s solo hit track “Seven,” featuring American rapper Latto, has become the fastest song to reach 1 billion streams on Spotify.

The song, released on July 14, 2023, achieved the milestone in just 108 days, besting the previous 112-day record set by Miley Cyrus‘ “Flowers” in August.

“On October 30, Jung Kook’s ‘Seven (feat. Latto)’ became the fastest song to reach 1 Billion streams in Spotify history,” Spotify announced on social media.

“Seven” was written by Andrew Watt, Cirkut, Jon Bellion, Latto, and Theron Makiel Thomas and produced by Watt and Cirkut. The song features on Jung Kook’s debut studio album Golden, which dropped on November 3, 2023.

The song debuted atop the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S. and the Global 200, becoming both Jung Kook and Latto’s first No. 1 on those charts.
