Kim Kardashian wears diamond jewellery at Victoria Beckham show – 7 years after terrifying robbery

Dozens of A-listers attended Victoria Beckham's Spring/Summer 2024 Paris Fashion Week show on Friday, including Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim, 42, joined Victoria's husband David Beckham, 48, and fashion royalty Anna Wintour, 73, on the front row at the grand 18th-century Parisian townhouse that was once home to Karl Lagerfeld.

Kim, whose acting skills got rave reviews following her American Horror Story debut, looked incredible in a lilac satin maxi featuring a plunging neckline with her dark locks styled in soft waves.

The mum-of-four paired her outfit with layers of statement diamond jewellery, seven years after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris during Fashion Week.

Back in October 2016, Kim was the victim of a robbery during Paris Fashion Week. Criminals broke into her hotel room and held a gun to her head as they stole numerous jewellery items. The thieves got away with a jewellery box worth £5.24m, as well as a ring worth £3.5m.

Kim has previously spoke of her worries about wearing expensive jewellery following the terrifying robbery, and has insisted no "expensive items" enter her home now.

"As far as jewellery, if I'm wearing something, it's borrowed. It's fake," she told Andy Cohen in 2016 during the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reunion.

The robbery had a lasting impact on Kim, who went on to add: "I can't sleep if I have jewellery in my safe, or money, or anything at my house. I just don't live my life like that."

The reality TV star ramped up her security after the robbery, which she claims changed her as a person and made her realise she was valuing the wrong things.

"On a positive note, I'm a completely different person because of it, in the best way. [Before the robbery], I had to have the coolest car, the best rims, the best outfit and I thought that I was the s**t because of that. I thought that made me," Kim admitted.

She continued: "The things I valued before that happened were genuinely completely different than what I value now. It's fun to get dressed up and all this, but like, things don't make me."

Kim attended Victoria's fashion show with momager Kris, 67, and her boyfriend Corey Gamble. The trio rubbed shoulders with several celebs, including Eva Longoria and Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz-Beckham as they watched Victoria's catwalk for her new Spring/Summer collection.
