Stacey Solomon reveals she’s ALREADY started decorating her cottage for Christmas as she shares a glimpse of her sparkling lights and tree

Stacey Solomon has revealed she’s already started decorating Pickle Cottage for Christmas – seven weeks before the big day.

The mother-of-five, 34, gave fans a glimpse of her sparkling lights, decorations and tree on social media on Thursday. 

In the video, Stacey was told by husband Joe Swash: ‘Fine just do the bedding and bits ands pieces, don’t go overboard. 

She replied: ‘Just the bedroom,’ with Joe agreeing and adding: ‘You don’t have to go over the top.’

Stacey cheekily giggled and Joe quickly said: ‘Nah don’t be silly, this is what you do, you take advantage.’

Taking to Instagram, Stacey wrote: ‘Happy 1st November Everyone, I couldn’t resist. He said I could do ‘one room’ So I did.’

In the video, Stacey ditched her Halloween decorations which included pumpkin bedsheets and pillows. 

It then flashed to their bedroom which was covered in fairy lights, tree and reindeer decorations from her George Asda home range.

She also put a small Christmas tree up which was decorated with mushroom baubles.

Taking to Instagram, Stacey wrote: ‘Happy 1st November Everyone, I couldn’t resist. He said I could do ‘one room’ So I did. 

‘He knew exactly who I was when he married me. Sorry if it’s too early for anyone but for me it’s NEVER too early! It will last longer now.

‘Everywhere else is still happy Halloween but I can’t even tell you how excited I was to get Christmassy in the bedroom. It’s been pumpkins since 1st September so I was ready.

‘AD || And I couldn’t wait to get all of my @georgehome Christmas range out I’m so so proud every single thing. It’s an absolute dream come true and I get so excited to see it in your homes too so thank you for all of your tags, messages and everything it means THE WORLD.’

Some fans weren’t feeling the Christmas spirit like Stacey, with one penning: ‘I love you Stacey but it is waaaaaaay too early for this! Not feeling it.’

Elsewhere, Kerry Katona explained she also wasn’t going to wait around to get out her Christmas tree and decorations, opting to put them up on November 1.

It comes after Stacey, her husband Joe and their kids transformed into The Wizard of Oz characters for Halloween on Tuesday.

Stacey, 34, donned a pink princess dress as she transformed into Glinda ‘the good witch’, while Rose was dressed as Dorothy.

Meanwhile Joe, 41, pretended to be the Scarecrow, Rex was the Tin Man and baby Belle was dressed in a lion onesie.

Alongside the beaming family pictures, Stacey penned on Instagram: ‘Happy Halloween. Lots of love from Dorothy, Glinda, The Scarecrow, The Tin Man & The Cowardly Lion. Missing the big boys this year but they’ve out grown the family costume.

‘Devastated, but grateful I hopefully have many more years with the little ones. Rose is OBSESSED with her new shoes. I have a feeling they’ll be her school shoes from this day forward & Rex is axing down our trees as I write this. Happy Halloween everyone. Love you all.’
