A man climbed to the top of the 10-meter high diving board but before he could jump, fear got the better of him.
Terrified, the unidentified young man refused to come down and also refused to jump – so the lifeguard made him.
In a horrifying clip, the lifeguard was caught brutally kicking the man over the edge and into the water below.

It is understood that two other lifeguards had asked the man to come down on his own accord, but he had refused.
The third then gave the man no choice and booted him over the edge of the pool in Austria on August 13.
Austrian publication OÖNachrichten reported the company has launched an internal investigation following the incident – inquiries are ongoing.
Steyrer Stadtbades, the authority in charge of the swimming pool, confirmed that the lifeguard did kick the pool goer.
They added the lifeguard will no longer be allowed to work at the pool where the attack occurred.
